About Jon Morgan Homes
Building exceptional custom homes in the heart of Texas Hill Country
Our Story
Based in Llano, Texas, Jon Morgan Homes has been a trusted name in custom home building throughout the Texas Hill Country area. Led by builder and owner Adam Flores, our company specializes in custom ranch-style homes that blend traditional Hill Country charm with modern functionality.
With most of our work concentrated in Burnet County, we've built a reputation on a simple philosophy: quality over quantity. We take on a select number of projects each year, ensuring that every client receives our full attention and every home meets our exacting standards.
Adam Flores brings years of experience and a deep passion for craftsmanship to every project. His hands-on approach ensures that no detail is overlooked and that your vision becomes reality, from initial concept through final walkthrough.
